Numidian Alphabet Print Watercolour Paper

Numidia was an ancient kingdom in Northwest Africa, comprising modern day Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya. The Numidian language was written using the Libyco-Berber alphabet, spoken from 202 BCE to 25 BCE.  Though Numidian language remained fairly consistent throughout the Numidian Kingdom, dialects of the language differed slightly between regions. Eastern regions spoke the East Numidian dialect and used the East Libyan writing system. Western regions spoke the West Numidian dialect and used the West Libyan writing system.
